Gazette Reporting Error
Below is an extract of a correction report printed in the Colchester Gazette on 26/3/19 where the Colchester Gazette confirmed due that to a reporting error they incorrectly named Colets Piling in their original report on 15/3/19
Colets Piling took action to rectify the error and the Gazette have printed a Full Apology
Correction: Colets Piling Ltd
In a court report, “Fraudster forged timesheets to feed drug habit” (Gazette, March 15, Page 5), we wrongly named the company the defendant was working for and defrauded as Colets Piling Ltd.
The defendant was, in fact, working for Keltbray Piling Ltd.
We apologise to Colets Piling Ltd and all its employees, suppliers and customers who read the original report and for any inconvenience and confusion this has caused due to our reporting error.
